Class Description:
Experience the many benefits of martial arts
training through the qualified instruction of one of the top
martial artists in the country. Master Michael McCarty is a 6th Degree Black Belt in
Sin Moo Hapkido with over 27 years of training and 17 years
of teaching. He is sanctioned by the
highest ranking Hapkido Grandmaster in the world,
Grandmaster Ji, Han Jae. Master McCarty will help you become
confident in defending against any situation. (Grandmaster
Ji is famous for his roll in many movies, most notably Bruce
Lee’s “Game
of Death.”)
Classes are geared to every ability and skill
level from the complete novice to the highest ranking
martial artist. Sin Moo Hapkido is a complete art that will
help build physical strength, cardiovascular endurance,
flexibility, improved breathing, and increased mental focus.
